About the services offered: PCM' School-to-Career efforts are designed to help students with planning and preparation for post-secondary career choices. That includes helping students find job shadow and internship opportunities in order to gain experience, build a resume and determine compatibility with their interests and abilities. In that process we offer local businesses a link to potential quality employees and the means to help educate potential employees about the industry's soft skill requirements without the training expense. PCM's STC program is also a link to the students in the other four schools in Jasper County which further expands the JCBA exposure to a quailty employee pool and a means to demonstrate what job training and employment opportunities are available locally.
